Features:

● More humanized industrial design, and high-tension circuit protection, GEMA like powder tank and spray gun further improves its reliability andperformance.

● The charged way of high voltage low current reduces the electrostatic retort ofworkpiece surface to ensure the coating quality of respraying workpiece.Greatlyimprove the coating surface smoothness.
● The pulse current charge is used to avoid high voltage discharge phenomena. Especially suit for metal powder spraying.
● The impulse type coating is thinner than the electrostatic coating. Compare with the electrostatic coating, the thickness of standard electrostatic coating is 50-90μm, the thickness of inpluse type coating is 40-70μm. It can save 20% powder usage amount.
● Superior penetration performance, suitable for the spraying of dead angles andgrooves, reduce the overspray phenomenon of workpiece overhang. Greatlyimprove the homogeneity of spraying film thickness and no need to adjust highpressure frequently.
● For the base workpiece such as cast steel, alunminum,iron etc., it can improvedouble film thickness compared with traditional charged way.
