Features:
1. According to the XLP type bypass cyclone dust collector air way classification. Type X (horizontal air outlet, suction-type dust remover is located on the suction side of the fan and has an outlet volute), generally used for negative pressure operation; Y type (upper air outlet, press-in dust collector is located on the press-in side of the fan), Generally used for positive pressure or negative pressure operation.
2. According to the direction of convolution can be divided into right-swirling S-type and left-spin N-type two, two types of dust collector has four types of combination (XN, XS, YN, YS type).
3. According to the spiral bypass separation chamber classification. XLP/A has a semi-helical shape and a double cone shape; XLP/B has a full spiral shape, a single cone with a small cone angle, and a long cone. Tests have shown that under the same conditions, Type A efficiency is higher than Type B, while Type A resistance is greater than Type B, and Type B is simpler and of lower quality than Type A.
