Description of flexible aerogel blankets
The flexible aerogel blankets is made of nano, silica, aerogel compound by special technology. With features of high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, easy to install, environmental friendly, waterproof, fireproof, sound insulation and shock absorption etc. The new material is an indispensable high efficiency thermal insulation material in the field of metallurgy, electric power, military, and aerospace etc.
Features of flexible aerogel blankets
The thermal insulation effect is 3 to 5 times higher than traditional materials.
With 1/2 to 1/5 thickness of traditional material, the aerogel thermal insulation jackets has the same insulation effect of the traditional materials. Heat losing is less, space utilization rate is higher.
The unique nano three-dimensional structure of aerogel jackets prevent it from deformation, accumulation and dramatically decreasing of the thermal insulation effect of the traditional material caused by vibration.
Good flexibility, tensile and compressive
Have excellent waterproof performance. Hydrophobic rate is greater than 99%.
Besides thermal insulation and energy saving, the aerogel thermal insulation jackets can absorb sound and buffer vibration.
