A: Depends on size of products: small items 3000 pcs, big products 2000pcs as MOQ. We also accept low quantity by using our stock
material.
Q: Can I get a sample?
A: We could offer 1 sample free of charge by freight collect, if need more, we will charge for sample fee and refunded when order
confirmed.
Q: How to control the product quality?
A: We have always placed great emphasis on quality control to ensure that excellent quality level is maintained.All of the
inflatable products will be inflated for 24 hours to check if have air leaking problems or not. Before goods delivery out, Our QA
or 3rd party QC will also make randomly inspection to guarantee quality.
Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, 45-50 days for the 1st new order. 35-40 days for repeat orders. Sampling lead time: 1day to 7days.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Order amount under USD3000, full amount paid along with order confirmed. While above USD3000, T/T 30% deposit, the balance
after inspection before shipment. L/C at sight is acceptable. Trade Assurance by Alibaba.com is also an option.
