Table river epoxy resin is made by NPEL-128 raw material resin.Main features: High crystal,high clear,high hardness,anti-scratch ,it can be polished,yellowing resistance,self defoaming,green product no odor after curing with toy grade. Application for: wood material furniture making,bulk table filling,let waste wood be reborn.Its design all is unique up to wood shape, you no need worry about reiterated with others.
Specification
1. This product is a transparent epoxy resin liquid with low viscosity, self leveling and defoaming performance;
2. It can be cured at room temperature or medium temperature with fast curing speed;
3. The solidified product has good transparency, high hardness, flat surface, high gloss and no bubbles;
4. The solidified product has good acid-base resistance, moisture-proof, water-proof, oil-proof and dust-proof performance.
* Scope of application
1. It is mainly used for covering and sealing the surface of various crystal craft ornaments, crystal modules and woodworking.
2. It is not suitable for filling and sealing of elastic or soft shell products.

Note

2.The product with good glue dripping can be allowed to stand for a period of time before entering the oven. If there are still bubbles on the surface, the method of flame defoaming can be used for defoaming;
3.The more amount of glue mixed together, the faster the reaction and the faster the curing speed. Please pay attention to the control of the amount of glue mixed at one time, because the time available for use will be shortened due to the faster reaction;
4.Usable time: it refers to the time when the viscosity of 100g mixed glue solution doubles under the condition of 25 ℃, which is not the time after the operable time, the glue solution cannot be used absolutely;
5. A few people will have mild skin allergy and itching pain if they touch the glue for a long time. It is recommended to wear protective gloves when using it. If it sticks to the skin, please wipe it off with acetone or alcohol and clean it with detergent;
6.Before using it in large quantity, please try it in small quantity to master the use skills of the product so as to avoid mistakes.

* Mix A B Glue
1), As weight ratio 3:1 to mix glue.
2), As clockwise sense to stir it around 1-2minutes, to make sure A and B glue had mix evenly.
3), As your hobby, you can add pigment/powder inside together to stir.

* Pouring Table
1), Pour Thickness is deoend on perate temperature .
