Automatic casting line
Jinghangyu company has a machining workshop: all of them use advanced special equipment such as valve-specific CNC lathes and CNC drilling machines. Spraying workshop: Three automatic spraying lines are used. Rubber workshop: adopts automatic flat vulcanizing machine and automatic laminating machine, and the rubber adopts imported EPDM raw rubber. Assembly workshop: There are more than 20 valve pressure test benches, each valve has undergone strict pressure test, and a new valve flow detection line has been built.

Our equipments
The Jhy valve manufacturing plant is equipped with advanced CNC lathes and CNC drilling machines, which can perform precise and efficient machining. Then, the Jhy valve will be polished a second time before coating. Jhy uses WRAS certified epoxy powder to spray valves with a thickness of at least 250um. Self-produce elastic wedges to realize one-stop production. The super-qualified EPDM original rubber can guarantee a service life of more than 10 years. Each valve has to go through strict shell and seal pressure tests twice to ensure zero breakage and zero leakage. The automatic packaging machine can pack valves firmly, provide good protection, reduce weight and provide CBM for customers' containers.
