The scope of application: The muffler shutters are especially suitable to eliminate noise for exhaust machinery room in rooftop. Significant effect to the regional environmental noise reducing as well.
Structural characteristics: The muffler shutters use blades made from Galvanizing-bending perforated plate for noise reduction. Outward-facing slope and front side is no perforation to protect sound-absorbing film against the rain destruction. Sound-absorbing films use materials of mineral wool and glass cloth. Every 10~15dB(A) lost resistance 29.2~29.4Pa, applicable flow is 1500m3/h~3000m3/h per square meter.

1) Solid-wide galvanized steel. Available in stainless steel, aluminum or other materials.
2)Acoustic filler that is stable, fire-proof, and non-flammable at any weather conditions .

4)Absorb noise by the separated perforated blades underside.
5 )Protect rainwater or snow invade by wheather tailgate.
6 .Usually thick in 300mm.
7. A wide variety of durable protective layer.
8. Various models are suitable for installing in any standard linear ventilation "wall".
9.Blades orientation compart straight line of sight and thus enhance the aesthetic and acoustic performance.
10.May install galvanized steel wire protective cover in the back of the shutters as demanded.
