SUNY-ZFM400 is used to laminate the photographic film and solder mask pasted when making PCB . The pressure and speed is adjustable based on different material. It is desktop equipment especially designed for heat lamination in circuit board industry. SUNY-ZFM400 is able to control the actual laminating temperature precisely and is equipped with film collecting roller. Different from the laminator used for heat mounting process, SUNY-ZFM400 is an industrial grade laminating machine .
Features
1. Used manufacturing of hard board, flexible board, HDI board, ceramic substrate, PTFE material.
2. Squeeze film applicable: photographic film, solder mask, polyimide film.
3. The upper and bottom squeeze film roller work together with pressure regulator to ensure no bubble exist between the film and finished goods.
4. Stepless speed adjustment of imported and exported material makes it convenient to load.
