Sample is available both for Custom design and In-stock items.
For custom designs, we will make the sample according to your design. Firstly, we will assign a professtion ‘design assistant’ to
you, and arrange a video or telephone meeting with you to get full understanding of your requirements.
then our professional sample making team will go ahead with fabric sourcing, pattern making and sample making. Then the sample
with be sent to you for confirmation or critique for the second sample. and it keeps going till the sample meets your total
satisfaction. It usualy takes 7-10 days for the intial sample to be made.
For in-stock items. the sample is usually dispatched within 4 days.
2. HOW IS THE SAMPLE CHARGED?
for custom made samples, a fee will be charged according to the complexity of the design and the cost of the fabric and trims.
However, the sample charge will be deducted from the total amount once a bulk production is ordered.
3. HOW DO I MAKE SURE THE PRUDCTION IS MADE UP TO MY STANDARDS.
First of all, we will send you a production sample for your confirmation before cutting, and the bulk products will be made
according to the same stardard and specifications. During the production, every process will be inspected and supervised by our
professional quality control staffs. At the final stage, we conduct 100% inspection, we check each product ONE-BY-ONE to make sure
everything is right. We also welcome third-party inspection at any stage of the production.
