A: It is rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, bangles, anklets, brooches, cuff links, medals, trophy, body jewelry, headwear and jewelry suits, etc.

Q2. How to customize my jewelry?

A: Please kindly contact to show your sample or design or tell us your ideas, then we will discuss the details and quote ASAP.

3D rendering will be sent ASAP when we receive sample fee. 

The samples will be made ASAP if the 3D rendering was approved.

We will show you sample's pictures or send it to you soon when it is ready.

Then we will make mass production ASAP if sample was approved and price, payment terms, lead time, shipping ways, packaging, etc were confirmed.

Q3. What's the MOQ?

A: It is 30pcs each style usually, and the miminum quantity for each size is 10pcs if it is zinc alloy rings, we also can discuss if you have special orders.

Q4. What's the material?

A: It is zinc alloy, stainless steel, copper, 925 sterling silver, resin, arcylic, leather, ribbon, etc.

Q5. What's the smallest and biggest sizes for my rings?

A: The smallest size is USA size 5 and the biggest size is the USA size 16 usually.

We can discuss if you need more samller or more bigger sizes.

Q6. What's the payment terms?

A: Western Union, wiring via bank card, T/T, MoneyGram and Paypal, etc.

Q7. How about the packaging?

A: Usually we package it in invidival poly bags for free, and we also can package it in velvet bags, paper boxes, velvet boxes, plastic boxes and wooden boxes as per request with extra packaging cost.

We also can customize your own logo on the bags and boxes for bulk orders.

Q8. How long is the lead time?

A: It is about 20 working days for custom orders and 5 working days for RTS orders ususlly, and we will update before sending deposit.

 Q9. How much should i pay when place my orders?

A: It is 50% deposit before producing and 50% balance before shipping for custom orders, and it is 100% payment before shipping for RTS orders.
