A: Yes, we can make board according to customer requirements, like size, color, shape and graphic exactly.
Q2: Is sample available?
A: Yes, sample can be sent for checking before bulk production.
The production time for sample is about 15 days, and we will ship samples by express (FedEx, TNT, DHL etc.)
Q3: How long is your production time for regular order?
A: Usually 15-30 days depends on order quantity, but might be longer if there is holiday or the quantity is too large.
Q4: How long does an flat surfboards take to inflate?
A: With a hand pump,it will take about 3 – 5minutes. With a good electric pump it can take 30 seconds to 1 minute.the barometric needle points to 15PSI.
