1. What’s the MOQ?
1 piece coffee machine is ok. But for OEM or ODM orders, it should be a 20” container.
2..How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We are making quality but not checking quality.We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained ISO9001, CE, CB,U,SGS,CQC,EAC etc...
3.Do you accept OEM or ODM for customer's brand?
Sure. Including printing your logo,labels,customize color.,even though your design. And the MOQ for OEM/ODM, should be at least a 20" container.
4.Is there any warranty for your products?
We will help you to solve problems online-a phone call or online meeting.We do not supply free spare parts because it is hard for us to check the reason when there is an error.
