 Feature 1: Wide application range

This product relies on the self-cleaning grid type gap size to control the sand control range.The gap is formed by the filter chip,the small gap can be controlled to 50µm or even smaller,and large gap to 500µm.The fracture width can be designed according to the particle size distribution characteristics of the oilfield reservoir, so the sand control range is wide and the adaptability is strong.

Feature 2: High sand control accuracy

The filter element of the sand control tube is processed by a precision CNC machine tool and inspected by a laser. Therefore, the processed filter is fine, the seam forming accuracy is high, and the error can be controlled within 10 ± µm; the filter has a certain thickness and strength, And N filter chips are stacked together, so it is difficult to deform it under various conditions and affect the sand control effect.

The flow area can be customized according to the production capacity of the oil and gas field. • The self-cleaning function is determined by the V-shaped gap structure with narrow and inner width, and the cavity is very smooth, so fine-grained silt or mud is smaller than the width of the gap can easily pass through the V-shaped gap and will not be blocked and stay in the middle of the gap to achieve self-cleaning;.

• Sand larger than the width of the gap is blocked outside the pipe, forming a high-permeability "sand bridge" outside the pipe, which serves as a gravel packing outside the pipe.

• This self-cleaning function is very suitable for the concept of moderate sand control. The sand that should be prevented is controlled, and the sand that should be allowed to come out lets it out.
