Q: Can I get some FREE SAMPLES ?
A: Sure,There is charge 150% of the regular price with shipping cost and those charge will be refunded once you release the bulk order.
Q: What's the MOQ of your products?
A: There is 300 pcs for one model one size, which is negotiable if necessary.
Q: May I MIX MODELS in one container?
A: Certainly. but 2 model max if you just order 1x20GP and 3 models is the max for the 40HQ.
Q: We'd like to print our LOGO on the product. Can you make it?
A: No problem. We provide OEM&ODM services which including logo printing, gift box and carton design once order reach the MOQ.
Q: Are you the real MANUFACTORY for this product ?
A: Definitely. We're a factory for the product of any induction & infrared cooker more than 10 years.
Q: How about the LEADTIME ?
A: Sample with standard requirement needs 16-25 days, mass production delivery time needs 35 working days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based of normal condition.
Q: I'd like to know your PAYMENT TERMS.
A: T/T or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q: How about WARRANTY?
A: All the appliances will enjoy 2 years warranty at least.
