1.  Do you accept overseas orders?

Yes! We supply front forks to bike factories or resellers to all countries.

2. Do you have a minimum order requirement (MOQ)?

The minimum quantity is 100 pcs/model, subject to specifications and production load.  

3. What are your standard lead times?

Our standard production time for general orders is 3 weeks from receipt of your deposit and order confirmation. We can confirm how long your order should take to produce when you send us an order/quote request.

4. How can I request a quotation?

Online: Each product page has an "Enquiry" button beside the image. Simply fill out the form with the necessary information, press the Submit button, then one of our sales representatives will contact you and send you the quotation ASAP.

You may also email or call us, please just provide us with the quantity you plan to order and the product’s item number. If it is a customised suspension fork, please mentioned your product features for more accurate estimation, such as material , wheel size, break type, travel , crown pitch, stanchions…

5. How much does it cost if I wish to request samples?

We can supply samples from our stocked models for free, provided that you pay for shipping. There will be a sample charges for personalised samples or samples with special features. Please contact us for details.

6. How do I place an order?

After you have obtained a quotation, you can place your order by email or phone; we will send you a Proforma Invoice and a diagram for your approval. Once we receive your approval and deposit, we will immediately start the production process.

Alternative, you may use the Trade Assurance Service to order with us online via Alibaba.

 7. Can I order the bicycle front forks in my designated features and specification?

Yes – FXT is specialized in supplying customized suspension forks to all the bike manufacturers, from simple colour requirements and measurements to an entirely bespoke product. Please Email us or use the “online enquiry” for more details.

8. How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by bank Transfer (TT) or Letter of Credit (additional fees will apply for L.C. payments);. We also accept Western Union payments for small amounts.

For online orders via Alibaba, you may just check out on the Trade Assurance webpage by credit card or other provided payment method.

 9. Will you deliver internationally?

We can arrange shipping to most locations around the world. Shipping is charged separately and is based on the size of your order and the delivery destination. Most of our overseas orders are shipped by the lowest-cost sea freight ( LCT- less than container load or FCL-full container load  ). Small and urgent orders are normally shipped by air cargo. We can also work with your forwarder and shipping base at F.O.B. Guangzhou or Shenzhen.

10. Where is FXT Industry Co., Ltd located?

We are based in Dongguan,Guangdong ,China, which is 50 min from Shenzhen, or 80 min from Guangzhou or Hongkong by car. If you are visiting the south side of China, please stop by and meet our experienced and friendly staff.
