Application
Bond wood for mandshurica, teak, camphor tree, cypress, larch, pine, spruce, peach wood, fir, ginkgo.
Scope of solid wood doors and windows, wood furniture, wood flooring, wood products, glulam bonding, fatory customization.

Considerations
1) Base material leveling is the key, water content is 8-12%
2) Ratio: 10:1 (main agent: hardener=10:1)
3) Glue need to stir evenly. The mixed glue should be used within 2 hours.
4) Glue should be completed within 1 minute, evenly and the end should be sufficient.
5) Glued plate need be pressed wthin 1 minute, must be pressurized in 3 minutes, pressing 45-120 minutes.
6) Pressure: 10kg/ m2
7) Wait after depressurizing, temperature above 20℃, 24 hours mild processing( sawung, planing), 72 hours after deep prodeccing. Avoid the sun exposure and rain.
