5T manual decoiler
Usage: It is used to support the steel coil and uncoil it in a turntable way. Passive uncoil pulled by roll forming system.
Note: You can choose the manual decoiler or the hydraulic decoiler as need. The price of the hydraulic decoiler is 5500USD higher than the manual one. If you want the loading car, you need to pay more 2500USD.

3.PLC control system
We adapt the PLC for the control system, it will be so much helpful for users to handle the machine. The control system will be in charge of the working condition like the speed, cutting length and cutting quantity.
The display screen will be the touch screen or the text screen, the language can be English, or as required.
Note: Use of aviation plug. When do the installation, no need the completed wiring, simple plug in and then you can connect the electricity with the PLC system.

4.Hydraulic cutting system
The hydraulic system will be installed on the main roll forming machine. The important is that we install the cooling system on hydraulic oil pump, then it can support the long time working in a high temperature.
