1. What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 500 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to inform us your plan for purchasing, we will offer the best price correspond to your qty. And we hope your would increase your order qty after you check our product quality and know our services.

2. How can I get a sample?
A: Yes, sample orders are welcome for testing and checking quality. There are two policies, 1. Some of the items we can send free sample but freight cost is to your account, 2. Some of them you need to pay both sample fee and shipping cost.

We normally ask for freight collection for sample delivery. If you have international courier account like Fefex, UPS, DHL and TNT, it would be great. If you don’t have courier account available, we could check the shipping cost for your reference.

3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.
If you need sample with your own design, it takes 7 days normally.

4. How long is your production lead time?
It depends on product and order qty. Normally, it takes us 15 days for an order with MOQ qty.

5: Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

6: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
