Re: OEM and ODM products are aavilable for customers, as long as customers meet the MOQ. Also we have engineers for logo and products design for customers.
3, Q: Besides the English language, do your printers support other languages? And what operation system they backup?
Rongtatech: Yes, our printer not only supports English language, but also Russian, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic etc 48 different languages available, and
it support iOS, Android, WindowsXP/2000/7/8, Linux, Mac OS and Oppos operation systems.
4, Q: What about delivery time?
Rongtatech: Samples within three working days and bulk quantity within one week.
5, Q: What waranty and after-sale service do you offer?
Rongtatech: Each printer will have 12 months warranty. Free components will be offered for repair in warranty period, if the issue caused by non-artificial damages.
We will offer technical supports or helps in your daily use for lifetime and offer latest software for your updating.
6, Q: Can you offer driver/ SDK for the printers?
Rongtatech: Yes, we are supplying all windows drive, windows 98, 2000, XT, VISTA, 7, 8. Both 32 bit and 64 bit system
7, Q: What about MOQ:
Rongtatech: We can accept sample order firstly. So there is not limit for MOQ.
