Walker QJ-type submersible electric deep weel pump is a water-lifting device that works directly with a motor and a pump to submerge into the water. It is suitable for extracting groundwater from deep wells, and may also be used in rivers, reservoirs, canals and other water-lifting projects: mainly used for farmland irrigation and plateau Water for humans and livestock in mountain areas can also be used for water supply and drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines, and construction sites.

Performance characteristics：
◆ Submersible multi-stage pumps are centrifugal or mixed-flow type; they use water-lubricated bearings; the connection with the motor is rigidly coupled with a coupling. The pump impeller rotates under the driving of the motor to generate centrifugal force, so that the liquid energy is increased to conduct water extraction through the pump casing. The upper end of the water pump is provided with a check valve body to prevent the working parts from being damaged by the backflow of water in the riser pipe when the electric pump is stopped. There is a drain hole on the valve to slowly drain the water in the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking in winter. (Note: the low-lift submersible pump is not provided with a check valve body)
◆ The motor of the deep well submersible pump is a closed water-filled wet structure. The stator windings of the motor are made of water-resistant polyethylene insulation, nylon sheathed multilayered electromagnetic wires. Both the guide and thrust bearings are water lubricated. The motor is filled with fresh water to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings. A pressure regulating film is installed at the bottom of the motor to adjust the differential pressure between the expansion and contraction of fresh water in the body caused by the temperature rise of the motor. The upper shaft of the motor is equipped with a sand control mechanism to prevent mud and sand in the water from entering the deep well submersible pump body.
◆ Pipeline part: It is used to connect the multi-stage pump to hoist it in the well, and transport water to the surface. It is mainly composed of electric pump installation parts such as short water delivery pipe, water delivery pipe, elbow, plywood, etc. The short output pipe is a transitional part between the water pipeline and the multi-stage pump. Elbows are installed at the wellhead to change the direction of water flow. The splint is used to hoist and fix the output pipeline during the installation of the chemical pump.
