10T MTC-1300 model heavy decoiler.
It equip with gantry type mechanical support arm device to hold mandrel's one end, so as to decoiler has enough loading capacity of over 10T. Meanwhile, it also can be replaced by hydraulic tailstock arm device.

It also can add coil car to decoiler then it will be convenient to load, carry and install coils on decoiler's mandrel automatically.

Decoiler part adopt powerful main shaft and hydraulic expansion device. So it can clamp coil automatically and convenient to operate, don't need to fix coils by manpower.

SHL-1300 model precious straightener.
It was driven by servo motor, so it can payoff and straightening strips very fast.

It adopt electric to adjust straightener gap which was driven by hydraulic motors and worm-screw box, just need to set straightening data in HMI, then it can adjust straightening performance automatically, it doesn't need to operate by manual, very convenient.

It also equip with metal strip guide and support bridge which was driven by hydraulic cylinders. It was used to guide and support strip and assist strip head inserted to straightener's entrance.

NCF-1300 model servo feeder
It adopt 1300 model servo feeder machine to feed strips to shear machine. It was driven by servo motor and controlled by PLC. Just need to set data in HMI such as feed length, feed speed, product quantity etc.

If material is Aluminum, copper etc. who is soft material and it's less than 1.0mm thickness, the upper feeding roller can be coated by PU Rubber, it can well protect strip and prevent scratching or causing dents on strip's surface.

For the shear machine, it can be mechanical shear or high speed hydraulic shear.
