1.What is time of delivery?
Since our products are produced according to each specific order, the delivery period will be 15 days after confirmation of order. If it is small or sample order, please do check with us about whether we have ready goods in stock to make delivery as soon as possible.
2.What about quality assurance?
We offer one year warranty period beginning from the time of shipment for medical equipment, Per minor problems, we can provide free spare parts for replacements, Per serious problems, we can make replacement of free charge.
3.What is payment terms?
T/T in advance, Western Union.
4.Which shipping company usually using?
MAERSK-LINE, PIL, COSCO, SAFMARINE, MARUBA, APL, CMA, CSAV, K-LINE, MSC, NYK, AND DHL, EMS, TNT, UPS FOR COURIER, buyer's option will be our priority. We will give suggestion according to the schedule and services.
Our Services
Waleeta guarantees each product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials within warranty period under normal use and service.If any malfunction is caused by quality related problems within one year after the date of purchasing, the product will be repaired free or returned to Waleeta.
The following items will not be included in the above warranty:
1. If malfunction is caused by misuse, negligence or accidents.
2. If the original serial number label or product identification marks have been altered or removed.
3. If the equipments have been modified or repaired by any other person who is not from Healicom.
4. If products are not produced by Healicom.
Technical Training
Waleeta provides free technical training to the specific personnel appointed by the distributors with respect to the products and further technical assistance can be provided via E-mail, Skype or Tel as requested by the distributors. The training will be performed at specific site in China. The transportation and accommodation expenses are on the distributors account.
Return Policy
1. The products returned must be well packed.
2. If the whole machine is returned, it must be packed in the original package.
3. The serial number must be marked on the outside of the parcel, and brief description for returning reason must be sent too.
