Application:
Suitable for rewinding various tape such as BOPP tape, PE, PET, masking tape, double-sided tape, foam tape and paper, film etc many other adhesive and non-adhesive materials.
Features:
1) MITSUBISHI Servo motor and A.C. motor control
2) Programmable controller system, MITSUBISHI PLC control and LCD touch screen.
3) The tension is controlled by magnetic break.
4) Rewinding air shaft automatic air inflation system.
5) Automatic smoothing device to eliminate the wrinkle and air bubbles.
6) The pneumatic press roller is controlled by the cylinder and the products are properly pressed to ensure smooth during rewinding process.

The machine guarantee is 1 year and within 12 months, if any spare parts damaged ( not broken by person ), we will offer the spare parts freely. But the buyer shall afford the courier charge. The electrical components, the loss by nature and artificial damage created by unprofessional operation, not in maintenance scope.
