Product Procedure
1. Bamboo shell boat,with a length of 80-210mm.
2. Our raw materials are all selected fresh bamboo shoot shells of the current season. After cleaning and cooking, they can be processed into secondary processing raw materials. They are bonded to high temperature and high pressure for molding. The products are not easy to break. The products are not made of chemicals, spray paint or burr.
3. Our bamboo shell boat is sterilized by 85-92 degree microwave and UV to ensure the product is not polluted and effectively prevent the growth of insects and mildew.It can pass tested by European and SGS food contact.
4. All bamboo boats can be packed according to the requirements of the guests, and can be bagged, boxed, or shrink packed.
5. The raw materials of our products have been strictly selected and inspected in the primary processing, and have been subjected to three strict inspections in the packaging factory, including incoming inspection, production process inspection, and finished product inspection, so as to ensure that each step has an effective quality monitoring.
