Displacement 50cc to 2000cc Rexroth Radial Piston Hydraulic Pump Motors
Structural features
·End face distribution type cycloid hydraulic motor
·Advanced column-inlaid stator and rotor parameter design, low starting pressure, high efficiency, stable operation at low speed
·Advanced shaft seal design, high back pressure bearing capacity
·Advanced and reliable linkage shaft design, so that the motor has a long life
·Advanced flow distribution mechanism design, with the characteristics of high distribution accuracy and automatic wear compensation
·The motors are allowed to be used in series and in parallel, and the external drain pipe should be connected when used in series
·Using tapered roller bearing support design, has a large radial load capacity, so that the motor can directly drive the working mechanism
·Various types of installation and connection such as flanges, output shafts, oil ports, etc.
Main performance parameters
·Intermittent working pressure refers to the larger allowable pressure at the inlet, and continuous working pressure refers to the working pressure difference.
·It is not allowed to use the motor at a higher speed and a higher pressure F at the same time.
·Under intermittent working conditions, the motor running time must not exceed 10% per minute.
·Recommended oil: anti-wear hydraulic oil, viscosity 37~73cSt, oil cleanliness ISO18/13.
·Higher working oil temperature of 80℃. To
·This series of motors use special imported shaft seal components. The allowable back pressure of the motor can reach 7 MPa. However, in order to obtain a good life and comprehensive mechanical performance, it is recommended to use a back pressure not exceeding 5 MPa. If it exceeds, it is recommended to connect an external drain pipe. When connecting the drain pipe, make sure that the motor is always full of oil. In addition to maintaining a low back pressure, the external drain pipe can also take away the wear and pollution generated in the motor, and can produce a certain cooling effect.
·There should be a running-in period before the motor is fully loaded. It is recommended to run-in for 1 hour under 30% of the larger working pressure.
