1.Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer of abrasive cutting wheels with more than 20 years.
2.Do you accept OEM Brand?
Yes, OEM Brand is accepted. We can also design label for you for free.
3.Are samples available for quality test?
Yes, free samples can be prepared for quality test, but customers bear the freight
charges,we will refund the delivery fess you paid for samples when you give us the
formal order.
4.What’s your application for cutting & grinding discs?
Used for metal,stone,SS,carbon steel, cast iron and so on.
5.What package do you use? Can you accept OEM order?
Usually packing is in shrink+neutral inner box(paper color box,plastic box or metal
box)+standard export carton,we also accept OEM order, label and package as
customers’ requirements.
6.Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model
should not be less than MOQ.
7.Our order is not in large quantity , can you provided it?
Yes, we accept small trial order
8.What’s your daily output?
Around 300,000-400,000 pcs per day such for 4” or 5”, (8000pcs/day/machine
(total:50pcs machine)
100000pcs for 6”-10”(4500pcs/day/machine(total:20pcs machine)
and 30,000~40,000 for big size 14” or 16”.(3000pcs/day/machine(total:10pcs
machine)
9.Do you have any certificate?
Yes, we have MPA and ISO9001 certificates for management and quality control system .
10.What's the delivery time?
Within 25-30 days after we receive the deposit or L/C from MOQ to 20 FT container,
but the exact delivery time might be different base on orders’ requirement or at
different time.
