1. Disc blades are suitable for disc harrow and agriculture machines, for the standard the material is 65Mn spring steel and 40MnB steel.
2. As usual the 65Mn spring steel hardness is 38-45HRC, 40MnB steel hardness is 43-48HRC.
3. We are able to produce a lot different kind of disc blades, max diameter is 46 inch (1170mm)

Application scope of BSM brand disc blades:
1.It is assembled on the cultivators and used for rotary and loosing the soil during the cultivation.
2.It is made of 65Mn and HRC 38-42, or 60Si2Mn with HRC 43-48.
3.We can also make the products according to your drawings and samples.
4.Our cultivator points, sweeps and chisels are made of qualified 65Mn. Spring steel with process of punching and heat treatment, etc. Annual productivity is 500 tons.
