1.Wire Drawing:
Stretch the purchased wire to the desired wire diameter with a wire drawing machine.
2.Cold Heading:
The wires of the desired diameter are put into the cold machine of steel ball and the mould in the cold heading machine is used to forge the ball blank.
3.Deflashing/Flashing Ball:
The flash line, a ridge left by the forming dies, is removed as balls roll between heavy,cast iron plates.
4.Soft Grinding:
Similar to deflashing, except that a grinding stone is used to improve precision.
5.Heat-treating:
Carbon steel balls are next carburized and hardened. Heat treatment imparts the desired hardness and case depth.
6.Hard Grinding/Descaling/Polishing:
By hard grinding and polishing, the black oxide layer on the surface of the ball was removed and the precision of the ball was preliminarily modified.
7.Precision Lapping:
The grinding ball is put into the precision lapping machine for lapping. After a long time of lapping , the steel ball reaches the precision required by the finished product.
8.Polishing Cleaning:
Pour the steel ball into the polishing barrel, and clean it with water and polishing detergent.Rotate the polishing barrel to make the surface of the steel ball clean and bright.
9.Screening:
Put the produced steel ball into the classificator ,and screen out the steel ball that meets the requirements.
10.Packaging:
According to customer’s requirement, the selected qualified steel balls will be packaged finally.

Q : How long is your delivery time ?
A : If there is stock in the warehouse, generally speaking, we will start to prepare the packaging for the products on the second day after receiving the deposit, and the day after receiving balance payment, negotiate with the logistics company about the date of goods transportation.
