1. Same style but different drawing,Although we know the style will cost too much about that
is too big,too small and more handmade, but how can we distinguish is difficult to make by
which design? What color, thread match will difficult to make it,what kind of line we can’t do?
How can we know which is easy or hard to embroider?
How can we know which is hard to make, simply say,it’s depends on the picture is too big or
too small or too much handmade part. All are very hard to make them, also will make
production difficulty;the picture is big stands for embroidery area is very big.So it will use
much more stiches and waste material, higher cost. During the production,if not deal with
good of the small part of the picture, the whole embroidery will can’t use and waste our
material. The picture is too big will hard to expression the figure effection . For example: We
can’t embroider a car at a area of one square centimetre? No,we can’t. Because the size is too
small,it can’t express the effection. But for the printing,it’s easy to do it;So we can’t see the
embroidery as printing. For the handmade,we have the same situation, too much handmade
will caused waste material.
For the color, the embroidery main expression way is use different colors, Our factory have 9
colors for our machines standard color, the 10th color called hypercolor,If this picture has more
extra colors, means we need change the embroidery thread too much,it will caused hard
production and bad efficiency. (So our factory have 14sets of 12 colors head machine.) In the
case of collocation thread, which is difficulty,it’s hard to judge in the general condition,In
brief,it’s hard to deal with the much real design(such as person/animal,it’s hard to make the
same.)
In the case of how to distinguish embroider design is complex or easy,it’s need some
experience to distinguish,We also can difinition the more complex more difficult to do it.
Otherwise it will be easy; The more handmade more hard to make it. In addition,The material
used will also effect embroidery production, So when the sales get the order, pls notice the
design complexity, process difficulty and what’s material will used to know hard or easy.
Q: When facing a customer, what basic knowledge should you know as a salesman of
embroidery?
1. Which type of embroidery patches your customer needed?
2. What kind of stitches can be embroidered, and what stitches are unable to?
3. Are the size, colors and letters all clear to see and be embroidered?
4. Some common kinds of stitches.
5. How to exploit a special sample? Can it be done in production?
6. Have sense of how many materials an order needed (thread, cloth), and how long it
takes to finish the order?7. How to reduce wastage
8. What’s the material for making embroidery badges and what’s a patch made of?
Q: For a specific kind of materiel, which floss silk is the best to use?
A: This depends on the customer’s advice and the come out effects, there is no certain match
for a certain material.
Q: our border processes are all done by hand, then, is it able to use a laser cutting processing
for a strict customer?
For most time, if a patch needs hot-cut, you can not use laser cut, embroidery is different from
printing, there will be errors in separation distance , if using laser cut, waste pieces increase
too.
Recent technology of laser cut is not that advanced, some complicated shape even can not be
cut, so, we’d better using manpower.
As for the crisp and hard thread, is there any others similar to or better than the Nylon and
Viscose Rayon, to replace them?
In terms of the current marketing for the embroidery thread, there is no anything can be
substituted for the Nylon and Viscose Rayon.
Once customers consider some embroidery products are too high on the price,Could we make
some adjustment on some production projects so that to decrease the price?
Of course we can, we can get down to do from the materials, such as the fabric, melt adhesive,
Vilene, thread and so on. In particular when adopting the materials made in the mainland of
China, the prices can be decreased much.
However, there would happen some risks if do so, because it matters with the toxicity test,
international standard quality and after-sale services. It’s very hard for the materials made in
mainland of China to pass the Occident marketing’s Toxicity test and quality standard. Once
occurs some problems, Who will bear on it?
Besides, the manufactures don’t have the after-sale services, this is to say, the cargo goes out,
is generally irresponsible.
So, we cannot promise for them, Owing to their not good coordination and cooperation.
Regarding to the Embroidery industry, which kinds of merrowing work stage do it have? The merrow is just a work stage for our factory, which is mainly used in the traditional
embroidered patches, such as those for Military police and Scout, whose main function is to
protect fabric border from dispersing. The patches to be made with overhanded border are
usually round, square and peltate etc. for the shape. It won’t be available for the special shape
patches or with much intersection angle
8. Could you pls give some common cases to explain those pictures which are unable to be
embroidered ?
This question baffled me really. You know, it is a conceptual problem .Basically, all the graphics
we can draw out could be used to do from the perspective of embroidery technology, the
difference is whether it can achieve the effect which graphics express. The production process
and patterns for computer embroidery are directly adopted the computer to run the DST file,
to design. For the size, material, technology, the quality of machine and production difficulty
will affect the embroidery, it’s really very difficult for us to give specific examples to explain
which graphics are unable to be designed.
I think the big problem we should discuss is the graphics those could ‘t be mass-produced.
Generally speaking, the usual situation encountered for those graphics called “unable to be
designed”,is so small for the size that computer embroidery can’t achieve a perfect effect, or
make effect but unable to arrange mass production. When encountered this kind of situation,
we have some solutions to deal with it according to the case. I here introduce two common
ways for you.
The first one is, to enlarge dimensions to produce embroidery effect. The other one is, to
simplify graphics and so on.
The other common case is, when the embroidery is need to be stiched on some special
material, also won’t be produced or mass–produced. For example, as for the cuttings
embroidery, if it is not through special processing on PVC cutting material, and the material is
very thin, often happen punctured cuttings or whole embroidery cuttings fall out.
According to these situations,my suggestion is that when you can't decide whether to meet
the embroidery, please don’t hesitate to contact with us, we have arranged special
technicians to process and serve you, or directly contact with me.
