for the sample,you need to pay the fee to us ,and also pay freight to courier or maybe us,but all of the sample fee will be
returned back when u confirmed the bulk order .
Q5:My package missed or damaged on the half way , What can I do?
A: Please contact our support team or sales and we will confirm your order with the package and QC department,if it is our problem
,we will make refund or re-product or resend to you . We apologize for any inconveniences!
