Fine bubble diffuser
Fine bubble diffuser, which is used to transfer air and with that oxygen into sewage or industrial wastewater. Oxygen is required by microorganisms in the water to break down the pollutants. Fine bubble disc diffuser series combines effective design, low installation costs, reliability and high performance in intermittent and continuous aeration processes.Special designed the slits cut opining, patterns and spacing between the slits for high oxygen transfer and longtime operation.
Micro bubble tube diffuser can be connected on one side or in pairs to different rectangular and round tubes (ABS material) with the appropriate adapter. The membranes feature a unique split pattern and slit shapes, which can disperse air bubbles in an extremely fine and uniform pattern for high oxygen transfer efficiency.The membrane is made by imported material EPDM/ Silicone, the support tubes (ABS or PVC material) can be reused when membranes are replaced.
Silicone membrane has better anti acidity than EPDM membrane, if you want to put tube air diffusers into weak acid water, Silicone
