Feature
The role of the urea pump assembly is that the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology is one of the NOX purification technologies for diesel engines that meet the strict emission regulations in the future. It has the advantages of good safety, low fuel consumption, and good sulfur resistance. Its working principle is to use urea solution and NOX oxidation-reduction reaction to generate N2 which is non-toxic to human body and discharge it into the atmosphere. The urea pump pumps the urea solution out of the urea tank and transports the urea solution to the nozzle through the conveying pipeline.
Common faults
1. Solve the problem of low urea consumption: If the urea injection volume is small and the car does not report the fault code, the car can work normally. There is no need to check where the problem occurs after treatment, but if you want to find the source of the problem, use The equipment detects the following places: 1. Whether there is urea crystal in the exhaust pipe 2. Detect whether the injection volume of the urea pump is within the qualified injection range 3. Check whether the reading of the NO sensor is below the normal range 4. The catalytic efficiency of the catalytic muffler may be reduced 5. ECM failure
2. It shows that the air solenoid valve is open, the urea pump is the problem or the wiring harness problem? Air solenoid valve parameters: voltage: 12V resistance: 12 ohms Method 1. Air solenoid valve connector value 1 is connected to the positive electrode, value 2 is connected to the negative electrode, and the adjustable power supply voltage is adjusted to 9-12V to see if the urea pump air solenoid valve coil can be opened ? If it can be opened, there is a problem with the wiring harness. Method 2: Use equipment to connect the wiring harness to the urea pump, and whether the equipment reports that the air solenoid valve is open within 30S. If there is no fault, it means that there is a problem with the wiring harness.
