The normal package is container(Size: L*W*H). If export to European countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tighter,we will use per film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

Provide unit debugging and training for the operation of the machine on the working site and coordinate the customers with check and acceptance of the unit.
After-sale service support:
Send technicians to installation site for the guidance, equipment adjustment and training. Provide high-quality spare parts throughout the year, and the maintenance technicians are always ready to provide technical help.

No, we can produce the mould after you offer the block's specification.
5. How do I process to the installation and operation?
Our engineers are available to service machinery overseas , help you finish installation of the production line, testing and commissioning. After that he will train the workers how to operate and maintain the machines.
6.How about the payment?
30% as deposit by T/T ,70% as the balance paid by T/T before loading(L/C is also acceptable).
7. When do you delivery the machine?
Normally 30 days after receipt of deposit and moulds confirmation from Buyer.
