Product Description

l PCD

PCD(Polycrystalline Diamond)is a synthesized, extremely tough, intergroup mass of randomly orientated diamond particles in a metal matrix. It is produced by sintering together selected diamond particles at high pressure and temperature.

The diamond woodworking cutter can be used for solid wood, veneer and plastic edge bands, especially for CNC machine of woodworking industry, furniture industry, and other wood processing industries, and so on. For instance, machining work for laminated wood flooring, multilayer solid wood engineered flooring, bamboo flooring, solid wood door, etc.
