How  diamond sorting equipment for sale  Works:

1. Firstly use diamond vibration feeder with grizzly bar to remove big over size stone.
2. Under Bar particles go to the diamond washing trommel scrubber to wash clean the diamond ore, and primary separate out needed size particles.
3. Because it is probable there will mix with some other sizes particles in underscreen material, so need to use diamond high frequency vibration screen to wash and separate again the needed size particles material.
4. All the over size waste material are transfer away by belt conveyor,
The plant process capacity can be made according to customer's request, such as from 5 TPH to 250 TPH. And the plant design can be various according to different diamond ore conditions.
