A:first, our machine would have no problem, cause we exported this machine for many years, always get good feedback form our customer.
But if unfortunately, if some problems happen, take photos and videos, send to us, we do inspection, then tell you what is wrong with the machine.
for small problem, then send you spare parts within 3-4 days.
for big problems, we would arrange engineer to be your company to do repairing.
Q:Where takes the training place and are there costs for the training
A:Training time only for 1-2 hours, guess you can learn it from our special video with every steps.
