As design is the heart of each item, GEBO design team has professional ODM experience in household field since 1990. It's available to provide a 3D rendered sketches on clients' request to assist in gaining a greater understanding of the items.

The delivery time is 40 days after deposit confirmed. And we promise we will catch every customer’s schedule.

3. Production Tracking

We will inform you continuously the production   process schedule from order placed to shipping and share the pictures of products.

4. After-Service Policy

We will feedback and deal with your quality complain in 5 working days according to the warranty terms.

Q:Are you factory or trade company?
A:We have our own factory in Chaozhou,Guangdong,China.About 30 minutes ride from Chaoshan high speed train and Jieyang airport.
Q:When can I get the price?
A:We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
Q:Do you offer samples?
A:Yes.For the new products,we need to charge sample cost and freight collect.Please note that all samples cost will be returned back after order placed.
Q:Can you do the designs for us?
A:Yes we offer customized design.We have a professional designer team in ceramic design.
Q:What about the lead time?
A:For sample,it will be delivery in 7-15 working days.For mass production,it depends on the season.Generally,we suggest you to start inquiry 60 days before your target date.
Q:Can we combine different items in one container in my first order?
A:Yes.But the quantity of each item should be closed to our MOQ and only maximum 5 items assorted are allowed per 20ft container,10 items per 40ft container.
