If any broken happen, please be sure to take more photos/ video including the container no. when open the container and unloading process. Q:   Can I mix different glass in one container?

A:    We can accept mix some glass in one container, feel free to tell us your requirements, best suggestion    will be provided accordingly.

Q:   Can you supply a free samples?

Q:   Are the products tested before shipping?

A:    Yes, all makeup Mirror are tested before shipping.

Q:   Can the power supply way of the LED mirrors be changed? 

A:    Yes. They can be Battery / Alternative Current powered.

Q:   How the mirror frame surface be finished? 

A:    Chrome / Nickel / Gold / Brass Plated / Dusting and etc.

Q:   What’s the package of the mirror?

A:    Normally, it will be packed by poly bag with paper card and fixed in a white box, then pack into the master carton. For some mirrors, they will be pack with polyfoam or bubble bag.It can be customized by guests. 

Q:   What’s the deliver way?

A:    Generally, by sea / air / Express.

        If you buy a small quantity, we will recommend you to ship it by our familiar express company which is with good rate.If the quantity is large, we will deliver them by sea / air.

Q:   How many days does it take to your destination?

A:    If you choose global express company( DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT / Aramex), it will take 3-7 days, freight is higher.If you choose EMS / China Mail Post, it will 20-40 days, freight is cheaper. But the risk is bigger.If you send them by sea, it takes about 30-40 days depends on the shipment.
