1. This KJ-1400-DL CoCr soft metal alloy sinteirng furnace is perfectly designed for CoCr blank's sintering and coblat-chromium restorations. It is composed with a special designed crucible, Agron system and a special sintering chamber.
2. The dental crown are placed in a special sintering crucible and be heat-treated under inert argon. The specific design in combination with sintering beads provides for good sintering results in a nearly oxygen-free atmosphere at very low argon consumption.
3. All the sintering curve is controlled by PID programmable. The furnace allows CoCr manufacturer input their own sintering curve max to 30 segments. Meanwihile, the special design chamber can allow user sitnering zirconium block with Argon system closed. One time paid, multi-furnace usage. It is really can ideal equipment for dental lab for dental clinic.
