How to Use
1. Check the electrode before welding. If it is oxidized, polish the welding point with fine sandpaper.
2. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the machine is in the latest working state. The user can change the settings according to the work needs, press the SOLDERING key to select the state, and press the SELECT key to select the energy. "00-29" is the spot welding state, the energy is divided into 30 grades from small to large; "t0-t9" is the annealing state, the energy is divided into 10 grades from small to large; "q0-q9" is the brazing state, the energy is divided into 10 grades from small to large. The start key is a foot switch linkage working key. The user must use it when the machine is in the corresponding working state to avoid damaging the machine by misoperation.
(1) spot welding: when spot welding, use copper electrode, turn the upper and lower electrode clockwise for 90 ° to correspond with the appropriate electrode. According to the thickness of the spot welding workpiece, adjust the button to adjust the energy display to the appropriate position. Hold the workpiece with both hands and press the movable pressing plate, place the workpiece to be welded between the upper and lower electrodes, slowly release the pressing plate, and press the foot switch or start key after pressing the workpiece. After welding, press the pressing plate and take down the workpiece.
(2) brazing: select the brazing gear "9x" according to different workpieces, and use coarse electrode when brazing. Turn the upper and lower electrodes clockwise to make the two thicker electrodes correspond, select the brazing gear, put the workpiece between the two electrodes, apply welding medium and silver welding powder, step on the foot switch or press the start key until the workpiece turns red.
(3) annealing (tempering)
a) According to different workpieces, the annealing gear "TX" is selected, and the upper electrode is rotated 45 degrees (that is, the upper and lower electrodes are separated);
b) Install the top annealing device and press down the middle pressing plate key to separate the upper annealing plate from the two annealing poles;
c) The workpiece is placed between the upper annealing plate and the annealing electrode; d) Step down the foot switch or press the start key to complete the annealing.
