Ask 4. What's the delivery date?
Answer: Normally 5-10 days. And sometimes can get ready within 3 days for stock goods. Also, it depends on your order quantity.

Ask 5. What's the warranty for your dental products?
Answer: the bearings have three-month warranty, other dental products have one year warranty. Each warranty period begins at the delivery date and ends after one year.

The warranty varies by option items and manufacturer; all warranty claims will be void due to neglect, lack of maintenance, and/or improper handling.

Ask6. Do you test the products before delivery?

Yes, we are strict with the quality of products. All products will be tested before delivery.

Ask7. About sample products.

We provide sample products for the buyers. Please understand that the express fee and the sample costs should be paid by the buyers.
