WL-NiCrBSi 60 is a hard nickel based alloy with excellent wear resistance, high temperature hardness, and corrosion re-sistance. It is available in rod and powder forms, giving abrasion and corrosion resistant deposits, which can be ground, but is not machinable. NiCrBSi 60 has a very dense corrosion resistant coating with superior fusing characteristics. Fusion of the coating may be achieved by oxy-fuel torch, induction heating or by furnace fusion.
NiCrBSi 60 can be applied by PTA welding, laser cladding, spray-fuse, powder-weld, plasma spray and HVOF pro-cesses.

Product packaging
Each tube 5kg, 4 tubes pack in one carton, then put cartons onto pallet or Box. Length more than 1 meter, will be packed into box without tubes directly. OEM packing & label or customized packing methods available.

A: Yes, we offer FREE sample for inspection. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A: For stock and sample 1-3 days, mass quantity 5-15 days
Q5. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Less than 1kg or 3-5 pcs for sample testing is accepted.
Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Depends on the transportation you choose. It usually takes 3 weeks to arrive by sea. Airline and Express shipping are also optional.
Q7. Do you have a fixed price list?
A: Sorry no, we quote based on the result we evaluate customers from various aspects, such as quantity, payment term, lead time, etc.
Q8. Is it OK to paste my logo label on packages?
A: Yes. Please inform us before production, we will do printing based on your design/request.
