1. Production line configuration and workflow

1. Under the control of the central control system, the boards to be processed are sent from the board feeding system to through-type labeling system.

2. Through-type labeling efficiency is improved and save the site area. After that, the labeled board is pushed out of the conveying system.

3. The conveying direction is controlled by the central control system. Send the board to be processed into the corresponding board processing system

4. Finish the processing of the board, milling, drilling and cutting.

5. The pushing device transports the finished panels to the unloading table, and the workers collect the finished panels.
