1. Production line configuration and workflow

1. Under the control of the central control system, the boards to be processed are sent from the board feeding system to the surface processing system, and the board surface processing system is marked in sequence according to the number and position of the boards to be processed.

2. Push the labeled board out of the conveyor system.

3. The conveying direction is controlled by the central control system. Send the board to be processed into the corresponding board processing system

4. Finish the processing of the board, milling, drilling and cutting.

5. Integrated processing of wall boards.

6. The pushing device transports the finished panels to the unloading table, and the workers collect the finished panels.
