Function description of onboard wire:

Note: If the measured signal is lower than 30V and the power supply is sufficient, it can be directly used as the power supply for the module (use the thin yellow line and thin red line in parallel).

Thin black line (GND) : The negative input pole of the power supply (3.5-30V) shares the ground with the measurement signal

Fine yellow line (VIN) : Measuring signal input positive pole (0-100V)

Thick red line (I+) : current input positive electrode (must be connected to the load negative electrode)

Thick black line (I-) : current input negative electrode (must be connected in series to the supply negative electrode)

Wiring use reminder: the meter can only measure the negative circuit current, that is, the thick black line and thick red line series to the negative circuit can be measured, and pay attention to the position of the thick black line and thick red line, can only measure the one-way current, reverse can not show the current, and such as series to the positive pole will lead to damage to the meter head.

Error phenomenon:

1. Due to the influence of device aging/ambient temperature, the error of small current measurement becomes large

Solution: Short circuit KEY 2 pads when no load, then power on and start up, the module will automatically calibrate the zero point, after the calibration is complete, shut down and disconnect the short circuit point.

2. The linearity of the whole measuring range of the module becomes worse due to the aging of the device/the environmental temperature

Solution: Adjust R7 with load status (best at half range) until the ammeter display value is consistent with a more advanced calibration source
