No,you need to pay extra cost for external digital tv box if you need to watch mobile digital tv in your area.No need to cut your original cables,just plug and play wiring connection.
Do I need to pay customs tax?
Yes,you need to do customs clearance for goods when arrives at your customs and pay customs tax in order to release shipment.
