GYBRJ-1600 HV foil winding machine is suitable for foil coils winding in transformer and electrical appliance industries.

This machine adopts tension electric active application professional technology, the tension is stable. During winding, stopping, and uncoiling, the foil tape and the interlayer insulation can be controlled by constant tension to avoid uneven tension during the winding process, and there is a correction sensor device, which uses a photoelectric sensor to detect the foil edge without contact, through dynamic correction of servo correction mechanism, the system has high precision, fast response speed and high reliability. Correction accuracy plus or minus 0.4mm

Foil coils use copper or aluminum foil tapes of different thicknesses as conductors, wide insulation materials as intermediate insulation, and narrow insulation materials as end insulation.
