Q1: Can we order in small qty.?
A: Yes. Some of our knives MOQ is 1pc.
Q2: Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes. We have a professional team for your custom order. You Just need to tell us your idea and we will help to make out the knives you need.
Q3. Can I customize the product?
A. Abosolutely. We can customize the knives according to your design and make your own brand logo. Also we can the package the products according to your request.
Q4: What is the lead time for mass production?
A: It usually takes 30-40 days base on orders quantities.
Q5: How does your factory assure quality?
A: Quality is our priority. Our QC team is strict with quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. We do 100% QC, Each product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before packed.
Q6: How do you ship the order?
A: For sample or small orders, we ship by Fedex,DHL, UPS, TNT...etc., about 7 working days.
For large orders, we ship by sea which takes about 45-50 days.
