1. Warranty of cars.
Battery/ Charger/Remote: 6 months after delivery. Others:12 months after delivery.
2. Spare parts.
1% free spare parts, including Battery,Steering wheel, Charger and Remote control.
2% for free spare parts, including Wheels cover, mirrors.
3. Payment.
30% Deposit,70% Balance against with copy of B/L.
4. What about the lead time for mass production?
15-25days after get deposit. In busy season, will have 35-60days. It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the
order.
5. MOQ of models.
The MOQ is 10pcs for RTS, some of models’MOQ is 50 or 100pcs.
6. Do you test all the goods before delivery ? Yes, our QC department will 100% test the goods before delivery.
7. Certificates of models.
Pass the test of CE, EN71-2-3, EN62115, ROHS, US ASTM-F963.
The charger adapter with CE or UL.
8. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes, but it needs to be charged, we will return back sample expense if your quantitty meet our requirement.
9. Can I have my own customized product?
Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, your language manual etc. are very welcome.
