Special features:

1.Annular friction belt is fixed between vacuum tank and rubber filter belt, to be sealed with water, lubricated and cooled so that the vacuum is airtight and reliable. This can maintain stable authenticity, lower the water content in the filter cake, and facilitate stabilizing operating process conditions. In addition, annular friction belt has a smaller friction resistance, and thus has a longer service life, easy and fast for replacement;

2.Air-cushion support or water-film support with closer rollers is adopted for the belt. Belt will run by floating on the support cushion, reducing resistance during running and prolonging the service life of rubber belt;

3.Adopting annular friction belt, it has a bigger tensile strength and longer service life;

4.Modular designing is adopted for the whole structure, which is flexible for installation and convenient for transportation and installation;

5.The automatic realigning device for air-bag filter cloth can ensure stable running of filter cloth;

6.Automatic liquid discharging and separating device or that of liquid column type is available in vacuum balance state, which can be flexible in achieving automatic liquid discharging of potential difference of liquid discharging of high potential difference for the vacuum belt filter, This can meet requirements for various operating conditions;

7.PLC is adopted for the control system while due consideration is provided for the design of interface technique with remote DCS control; It is possible to effect PID setting for equipment running, on-site and remote automatic control, and safety control and process monitoring for equipment running 

  Vacuum belt fllter (also named fixed rubber belt vacuum fillter) Is a new solid-liquid separating equipment with high efficlency and continuous operation, based on introductlon, assimilation and digestion of the technlques of the same products overseas. It has achieved solid-liquld separation by making full use of material gravity and vacuum suction. In terms of its structure, filtering section is arranged horizontally lengthwise, and length of filtering section can be fully used to fulfill in turn such a process covering filtering, rinsing and sucking up,  with advantages of high filtering efficlency, productivity,  good rinsing effect, wide appllcation range, simple operatlon, stable running, convenlent maintenance and service.It is especially suitable for filtering suspension liquld feed pulp with coarse particle of solid phase, high density and requiring frequent washing of filter cake. It can be widely used forsolid-liquid separation in   industrial sectors like metallurgy, mining, chemicals, paper-making,  foodstuff, pharmaceuticals and environmental protection. It has special perfect application in gypsum dehydration in the course of flue gas desulfurization (FGD) by wet process.
